Pawan Wasant Borle

Pawan is a seasoned business and organisation leader with over three decades of experience spanning large enterprises, high-growth startups, and impact-driven ventures. He was part of the founding leadership team of flydubai, where he played a key role in building the organisation from the ground up—gaining deep exposure to scaling complex, regulated businesses in high-growth environments.

Earlier in his career, Pawan held leadership roles across a diverse set of global sectors and institutions, including Ogilvy (media and advertising), Temasek, Citigroup, and Chinatrust Commercial Bank (banking and financial services), as well as high-technology and deep-tech firms such as Pramati, Cypress Semiconductor, and Conexant Systems.

This cross-sector exposure shaped a core strength in organisation building—designing leadership structures, culture, governance, and execution models across very different business contexts. Building on this foundation, Pawan became actively involved as a startup mentor and angel investor, working with early- and growth-stage ventures across sectors including aviation, space, retail electronics, social media platforms, healthcare products, and food technology. His experience includes both successful outcomes and failed ventures—providing him with a pragmatic, operator-led understanding of risk, capital discipline, and scale challenges.

At Amanya Ventures, Pawan brings this integrated perspective, enterprise leadership, startup execution, and impact-oriented investing—to advise founders, institutions, and investors. His focus is on building resilient organisations, aligning people and strategy, and supporting ventures operating at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and long-term value creation.

Bindu Borle Prasad

Bindu Borle Prasad

Bindu brings a rich blend of corporate, learning, and human-development experience to Amanya Ventures. She began her career in the media and advertising sector, working with leading organisations such as Ulka Advertising, Ogilvy & Mather, and Rediffusion, where she gained early exposure to brand building, communication, and people dynamics in fast-paced, creative environments.

Building on this foundation, Bindu transitioned into the learning and development space, working with Accord Group, where she was involved in capability building and people development initiatives. This phase deepened her understanding of adult learning, behavioural change, and leadership development within organisational contexts.

Alongside her professional journey, Bindu made a conscious choice to prioritise family and home, gaining first-hand experience in managing complexity, resilience, and long-term commitment—perspectives that later became central to her work in human development. This lived experience, combined with her corporate and L&D background, led her to formally train and practice as a life coach, working with individuals and leaders on self-awareness, emotional resilience, and personal growth.

At Amanya Ventures, Bindu helps Pawan to anchor the human and cultural dimension of organisation building.  Her contribution ensures that Amanya’s advisory and venture work integrates strategy and execution with the human capabilities required for sustained performance and long-term impact.
